What resulted was a double dark chocolate day of delicious cooking, including a Kentucky Derby Pie laced with bourbon, a minty chocolate layer cake, a chocolate bread pudding with moist chunks of pear, a chicken braised in a poblano mole sauce, pistachio and chocolate matzo brittle, and many more fabulous family recipes for brownies, cookies, biscotti and other treats.
