Highlights include a collection of signed baseball Hall of Famer Ty Cobb memorabilia dating back to the early 1950s; an original Rosemary’s Baby drawing by art designer Clem Hall, rescued from a Paramount Pictures dumpster; and a 1919 oil painting by Norman Rockwell, entitled The Little Model, and valued at $500,000.
