El Patron Cocina and Bar

I just watched the review on this restaurant, and I can say this lady has no idea of the difference between nacho cheese and gratin cheese (which is not for chips to be dipped in obviously). The purpose of it is to make tacos while you get your main dish. That’s why you get tortillas with it and not chips!

About the seafood cocktail (vuelve a la vida). This is typically prepared in the coast of Mexico. It goes well to be eaten in hot weather days, or when you’re looking for something refreshing and light. Not meant to be for dinner.

I refuse to take the word of someone who is used to americanized mexican food and doesnt know what or how to order outside of taco bell menu. Well… at least she tried.
