After seeing this restaurant review on “Check Please” my husband and I decided to try it. Finally a mexican restaurant in Kansas City that is worthy of genuine praise and Blue Springs is lucky enough to have it!!! This place is definately worth the drive for those of you who live outside of Blue Springs. The atmosphere is lovely, the hostess and waiters are so helpful and the food…….ah……the food is absolutely some of the best mexican food we have ever eaten! You can tell great care goes into making each and every dish. You aren’t going to order and get your food five minutes later. Rather, you are able to enjoy the fresh chips and salsa in front of you while you wait and do yourselves a favor and order one of their signature margaritas! They don’t skimp on the tequila! When your food arrives at your table, it is hot and the flavors are to die for! We would have loved to have dessert but we were so full by the time we left! My husband and I love to go to Real Jalisco! We have been eating there for the last 6 months or so and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly – they are delighted that you are there and anxious to help you decide on a menu item. The food is consistently good, not to mention that it is not the standard Americanized Mexican food items. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family and now to everyone that watches Check Please!
