Join us for Community Cinema’s May film “The New Black.” Centering on the historic fight to win marriage equality in Maryland, “The New Black” takes viewers into the pews, the streets, and kitchen tables as it looks at how the African American community grapples with the divisive gay rights issue.
Afterwards we’ll discuss the film with community partners.
Event is FREE, but RSVP is required. Reserve your seat here.
Please note: The program and film starts at 11am, so please plan to arrive at least a few minutes early.
